Normally we wonder if the person who spoke to the census taker knew the correct details regarding the family and if the census taker was accurate in writing down or transcribing that information onto the census record. But we’re pretty certain the information in the 1910 Rollingsford Census is correct for Simeon B Roberts and his family because he was his own census taker (formally called the enumerator)!
Simeon, the son of Aaron and Elizabeth (Fernald) Roberts also worked as a clerk in a store, farmer, was active in agricultural development, postmaster, represented Rollinsford in the state legislature, worked as a Representative to the General Court, was the master of the local grange, and was involved in Republican politics.
